Preventive Maintenance Contracts

CityBlue Technologies offers a cost-effective service contract option for engineering equipment owners and operators - Preventive Maintenance Contracts.

Contracts include two (2) annual preventative maintenance service calls, as well as discounted rates for emergency service calls. Preventative maintenance calls include:
• Complete cleaning, inspection and quality check
• Replace all corona wires
• Adjust all settings to factory specifications
• Complete service report on condition of your machine
• Systems diagnostics and back-up of systems settings (for Oce TDS Systems)

Additional benefits included with this contract option are:
• All additional parts will be discounted 25%
• All travel charges are included, for both preventative maintenance and emergency service visits.
• All telephone support
• A high performance surge protector and line conditioner

Support Policy

CityBlue Technologies will not deny anyone initial technical phone support. You are eligible to receive $20.00 worth of phone support in one of two ways: if you are a first time caller or if you have made a software purchase from CityBlue Technologies. In either case, when the $20.00 is used up, you then have the options of being billed for subsequent support or purchasing a Block of Time contract. Block of Time contracts do not expire within a certain time period. You get the full dollar value of what you pay.
